• Managed a talented team of Fools who coordinate the technical, operational, and product management aspects of our Premium Investing Services and our Customer Support team• Directed onboarding programs, member experience, product development, and retention strategies for The Motley Fool’s 14 premium membership services• Led a team of developers and designers to reimagine the premium product experience, standardize and consolidate disparate services under one roof, and build a platform for future product development

• Designed, tested, and optimized approximately 14 onboarding experience per year to increase early engagement of new members, decrease refund rates, and increase lifetime value• Optimized the rebill cycle, including advance renewal messaging, grace period entry and cure rates, and winback programs to drive higher renewal cash and rates• Executed targeted price, copy, channel, and premium A/B tests to increase renewal rates
