I am a change-making Organizational Development professional, with international experience as both an internal and external consultant. I approach my work with knowledge of neuroscience, growth mindset and human behaviour, Gestalt principles and systems thinking. My experience in leading and delivering strategy and plans for agile change initiatives extends beyond standard change management methods. I believe in facilitating key conversations, where your people can hear what is and isn’t being said, and arrive at insights so that they can see things differently.
