Upon joining, Ursula built the IT function from scratch and developed a digital strategy to enable RPFC’s ambitious growth agenda. The strategy allowed RPFC to pursue innovative, digital capabilities whilst replacing its ERP backbone, incorporating multiple acquisitions, implementing policy controls, and reviewing major vendor relationships.
