I feel passionate about the work that I do with my clients. Each client is unique and I love "meeting" them wherever they may be in their journey to become healthier. I encourage them to explore barriers that get in their way of making positive health choices. Using a non-diet approach I work with those that have eating disorders and concerns about their weight. I often coach clients who struggle with emotional eating, supporting them as they learn to separate their emotions from food, listen to their body cues of hunger and fullness, and find alternative ways to cope with their emotions.
