Main responsibilities:-The organization of all processes in the spare parts departmentWork closely with the customers on a daily basis understanding and supporting their requirements. Receive and register enquiries and orders in the system, and carrying all sale process. Issue delivery instructions to the appropriate supply point and follow up delivery of the goods. Keep customer informed of changes in the order, surcharges and any other relevant information for the order. Resolve any order related problems including suggestions for redirection of orders.- Control over the issuance and the payment process of invoices.- The responsibility for searching and selecting new suppliers.- The company's information activities on Social Media.- Attend various commercial trade shows.
