Drafting and reviewing relevant documents pertaining to key issues of the case. Managing the team in review work and overlooking the whole engagement. Also, interacting with clients and providing advice as an when required.

Dealt with daily matters pertaining to matrimonial issues, criminal matters, service and labour law matters, among others. Also, drafted various petitions, representations, notices, and other miscellaneous applications along with legal research.

My responsibilities were appearing before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi as well various District Courts and Consumer Forums in Delhi. I was also required to draft various legal documents and research on legal issues. Was mainly assisting on Criminal matters. Apart from this assisted and researched on arbitration matters.

Attended various sessions conducted by experts, activists, social workers on the subject of Human Rights. Researched on the project titled "Scenario of Human Rights in the state of Uttar Pradesh." Conducted interview and compiled all the field as well as online research in a form of documentary. Visited Tihar Jail, Vasant Vihar Police Station and Government Funded NGO 'Bal Sahyog'.

Extensive research on Criminal cases and assisted the team in challenging the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court, Patna Bench by filing Special Leave Petitions in the Supreme Court. Also translated Court Judgments and FIR’s, worked on cases dealing with Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Assisted on two important projects, the Subansiri Dam project and framing of the Joint Forest Management Rules. Did extensive research on the above mentioned topics and actively assisted the team members throughout my internship program.

Interned Under Adv. Alok Krishna Agarwal and was associated with the firm for six months. Attended court proceedings and prepared briefs of the matters listed before the Hon’ble High Court. Also attended the Arbitration matters. Researched on the cases related to Criminal and Quasi Criminal Law. Mainly worked with their monthly law magazine i.e. LawZ Magazine and wrote Book reviews and did some editing work.

Interned in the Complaint & Investigation Cell of NCW and assisted in the work of the commission. Gave counselling to the parties seeking for divorce. Forwarded the complaint to the local authorities on daily basis with the direction to investigate the matter.
