With over 2,700 stores and a global supply chain, Signet is committed to inspiring love and delivering exceptional customer experiences.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:•Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead candidate screenings, manage interviews, and oversee the recruitment process. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, including orientations and background checks. Maintain up-to-date applicant tracking systems and backfill roles promptly.•Workforce and Role Management: Keep accurate headcount records to support staffing decisions. Revise job descriptions, facilitate employee transfers, and collaborate with Compensation team to align job titles and salaries with internal equity and market standards.•Employee Engagement: Design and execute engagement initiatives such as holiday celebrations. Oversee logistics and ensure activities enhance workplace culture without exceeding financial constraints.•Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and conduct disciplinary actions when needed. Work with leadership to provide ongoing support and monitor employee progress.•Policy and Benefits Administration: Implement workplace policies and ensure clear communication through Townhalls and internal platforms. Guide employees on benefits queries, manage the annual enrollment process, and ensure timely completion.•Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews, gather feedback, and identify trends. Ensure compliant offboarding processes with professionalism and empathy.•Partnerships and Program Coordination: Collaborate with external partners to execute initiatives aligned with company goals. Ensure compliance with legal standards while delivering mutual benefits.•HR Administration and Compliance: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
