Enactus is an international non-profit organization that works with leaders in business and higher education to mobilize university students to make a difference in their communities, while developing the skills to become socially responsible leaders. I was responsible for leading the Enactus Miranda House,in the capacity of the their President,a team of 55 dedicated students for the year 2014-15 and lead the team with my expeirence towards our business projects.

Enactus MH attempts to help improve the situation of underprivileged women who are willing to work but haven't been provided enough opportunities. The main aim of our projects is to provide them a long term and sustainable means of income that would eventually lead to their economic and social upliftment.Currently,Enactus MH has two project under its aegis: 1. Project Tarang : Launched in 2013, this dynamic project works with two communities of women, located in RK Puram and Dhaula Kuan. It is an initiative to help a group of underprivileged women who aspire to lead financially independent and socially empowered lives. Tarang runs by training and employing the women in skills of stitching and sewing ethnic dupattas,pouches,folders,bags etc. The Project will also start a service centre in R.K. Puram, which will provide tailoring services. Tarang has laid great social and economic impact on the lives of many women and their families. 2. Zaffran:Zaffran started as an ambitious vision of creating an independent identity for a socially and economically backward group of women, in the Johripur region of Delhi. It turned out to be a huge success as a business model,empowering the target community to the extent of forming a Government recognized Cooperative . It works for the production and sale of 100% pure, organic and unadulterated spices - red chilly , amchoor, coriander and turmeric by imparting basic skills and education to these women and adopting sustainable marketing strategies without compromising on health and hygiene standards, quality and cost-efficiency of the products.

Involved in determining the demand and analysed the market for the product-Ruplee. which is an application via which you can pay your restaurant bills directly from your phone.I recruited a team of 20 promoters for marketing the product around various restaurants around New Delhi.I was also involved in merchant acquisition and operations of the application with our various partners across Delhi NCR.
