Urvesh has over 10 years of experience in solving problems faced in the area of capital markets and financial reporting through the opportunity he got while working for PwC's clients. Urvesh has extensive experience in the areas of complex technical accounting consultations, financial statement reviews, assistance with public offerings, helping identify and prepare restatements of financial statement errors, compliance with SEC rules and regulations, and preparation of carveout financial statements. Urvesh has been involved in US GAAP, IFRS and IPSAS conversion projects. He was a speaker at various courses conducted by PwC and at public forums including Western India Regional Council of ICAI Seminars, ICAI IFRS Certification course on the subject and faculty member for CAP exams.
