Assisted in 3D printing bacteria using cutting-edge technology. Designed an experiment and performed 28-day trials to monitor the bacteria viability in lysogeny broth with colony-forming units. Produced a paper on my study where I collected data and observed trends in the bacteria that will contribute to a published scientific article.

Performed research in ARPE-19 cells and retinal diseases. Executed cell culture maintenance, converted RNA to cDNA for prime editing, conducted immunochemistry using lentivirus, ran electrophoresis gels, and observed cell morphology over time with antibiotics.
