I singlehandedly manage a national level transport client. My day unfolds doing rigorous quality checks for all the work done by backend operations team, making reports for the verifications that pass Qc tests. I mentor and train all new hires for this project, as well as other projects. I compile data and send to the operations as well as the management for review and ensure timely fulfillment of client commitments. Due to the pristine nature of the client, its matrix keeps updating routinely, which has to be relearnt, and communicated to the rest of the team.
