What is Mindful Minutes❓➡️ Mindful Minutes is a B2C personal development platform helping individuals achieve their goals by leveraging group accountability. How does Mindful Minutes operate❓➡️ Our simple, yet effective service follows a routine weekly schedule for all our members. The week begins by attending a 30-minute structured group meeting, where they discuss their goals for the upcoming week. This is followed by them spending 5-10 minutes inputting their SMART goals into our platform. Over the week, they will receive feedback from their nudge buddies, updated goal analytics, have access to helpful resources, and a daily communication platform to stay in touch with their like-minded community!What purpose do I serve to Mindful Minutes❓➡️ My primary role is to work on the product development - currently developing our prototype on Notion.so.➡️ My secondary role is to effectively manage the stakeholder relationships internal and external, along with outreach to create new relationships with industry leaders. What is Ryerson Esports Club❓➡️ Ryerson Esports Club is one of North America's largest collegiate esports clubs. The club invites any competitive and recreational gamers at Ryerson University who are interested in advancing esports.How does Ryerson Esports Club operate❓➡️ Ryerson Esports Club promotes esports on campus by presenting a variety of events that allow new and current students to immerse themselves in the esports culture. Ryerson Esports Club also competes in cross-university events, allowing Ryerson students to play against students from other institutions.What purpose do I serve to Ryerson Esports Club❓➡️ My job was to help plan events for the year and explain the budget for each event and competition. I was also in charge of obtaining external sponsorships in the form of monetary and in-kind gifts, as well as obtaining monies from the Ryerson Student Union for events.How have I helped Ryerson Esports Club❓✦ By submitting the event concept to external stakeholders, I was able to get a $1,000 sponsorship.✦ After doing a thorough and exhaustive review of our Trust Account, we identified and resolved the $211 discrepancy.✦ Manage and keep accurate and up-to-date financial records.✦ Responsible for collecting receipts and issuing reimbursements. ✦ Make financial choices for Ryerson Esports Club to ensure that business objectives are attained and sustained.

Furthermore, the Ambassador program promotes outreach, with the goal of encouraging potential Ryerson students to discover more about what our institution, and especially the Ted Rogers School of Management, has to offer.What purpose do I serve to Ted Rogers Outreach Program❓➡️ My major responsibility is to oversee the financial operations of the Ted Rogers Outreach Program. My major priority is to ensure that the Ted Rogers Outreach Program continues in good standing and that sufficient funds are available for all events and ongoing programs.How have I helped Ted Rogers Outreach Program❓✦ Attained $3,000 of sponsorship money to aid in operations.✦ Managed and administered a budget of $4,000 for the year. ✦ Communicating with other executives to allocate budget to different events and projects. ✦ Helped organize monthly events for Ryerson students.✦ During Covid-19, finance operations and management were restructured.
