Responsible for assessment, recruitment and management of over 700 volunteers in the medical center. Conducted new volunteer orientation by making presentations to small and large groups regarding department activities. Interviewed and placed volunteers in different departments depending on their skills and interest. Coordinated medical center blood drives and interfaced with other departments in medical center.

Responded to inquiries from walk-in and phone applicants regarding application and employment process, troubleshooting tips and status of applications. Assisted in recruitment and referral for key technical, administrative and management positions across departments in the university. Guiding hiring managers through the employment process as well as making salary offer recommendations.

Led 5 + team of researchers, successfully consulted existing clients by assisting them materialize their core marketing strategies. Developed new clientele, made proposals for new projects, increased revenues by 100%. Conceptualized Brand Re positioning research for a leading brand of biscuit of Parle Products (a leading manufacturer of confectioneries in India). Designed Packaging and Communication evaluation research for a new brand of candy whereby playgroups were conducted among kids in the age group 8 – 14 yrs. Guided brand image research for a candy product which was becoming unpopular among children. Conceived and drove a creative idea generation workshop for a new brand of shampoo to be launched. Collaborated with McKinsey on a new banking product and service for ICICI bank to be launched in the United States, UK and UAE. Proposed, designed and implemented a brand equity research for Krackjack (leading cracker brand). Planned and drove new ad campaign study for Frooti (packaged mango drink), consulted the client on refining and implementing advertising strategy.

Created proposals for new projects and successfully executed and presented final reports to clients. Conducted panel research consisting of extended creativity groups using the Desired Consumer Experience (DCE) technique for developing a new product for Procter and Gamble, India. Friendship interviews and peer groups were the key tools for this project. Extensively managed playgroups(for Parle Products) among kids whereby Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) was largely applied.Worked on automotive research project (for Mahindra and Mahindra, India) whereby strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats analysis technique (SWOT) was used as part of data analysis. The project results helped the client to revamp their product further.
