- Providing data-entry and quality control functions to support the accurate and timely record keeping of all Museum donors and prospective donors.- Processed checks and Credit Cards.- Performs administrative aspects of development and public relations activities. - Monitor and train temporary staff.- Maintain foundation, corporation and individual donor files.- Continually update and correct database records.- Answer donor questions by phone or email.- Work with regional offices as a contact for pledges received and funds deposited by the regional offices. - Properly code and batch contributions received at the Museum for entry by caging vendor or incumbent. - Work in a team environment to respond to document discrepancies, batching errors, transmittal reports, reconciliation problems, and other special requirements identified by the Data base Manager.- Provide support to Finance in reconciliation of various gift batches and pledges.- Scan gift batches to outside vendors to process and key in the Museum Database.
