Managing devision of 25 people,Planning, organizing and managing work in the devision and control over the completed tasks,Ensuring the implementation of legal rules and internal regulations of the Bank relating to the working area of the devision,Responsibility for the credit risk strategy and involvement in the development strategy of the bank,Control of the implementation of business processes and propose changes and improvements,Cooperation in personnel matters of sector (employment, termination, training, education, culture),Participation in committees within the Bank (Credit Committee, ALCO, RJF- Meetings, Intensive care, quarterly business reviews),Responsibility for:- Credit Risk department,- Workout,- Strategic Risk Management,- Loan Administration.

Planning, organizing and managing work in the department and control over the completed tasks for 8 people,Control of work processes and give proposals for changes and improvements,Responsibility for the training and development of employees in the department,Leadership, delegation of tasks and responsibilities to employees,Responsibility for the following working areas:- balance sheet analysis and client ratings, - organizing of credit risk Committee,- balance sheet analysis system,- credit rating system,- support in loan decisions for the Board of management and sales,- the collateral management (real estate evaluations).
