• Responsible for all lateral recruiting for the Americas region; managing a team of up to 70 talent acquisitions professionals responsible for hiring 5000+ new employees from C-suite executives to shared service and contact center builds in eighteen countries. Direct reports aligned to the business lines and functions, globally, and are responsible for reporting, developing and implementing strategic hiring initiatives across all regions.• Responsible for driving continuous process improvement in Talent Acquisition; assess recruitment system data and usage, monitor team productivity to reduce time to fill and cost per hire by 10%, enhance diversity recruiting initiatives, deliver market data and intelligence to the business, liaise with Human Resources members on succession planning and talent assessments, and implemented competency based interviewing.• Led strategies to build talent pipelines and talent communities with a focus on marketing and branding AIG to deliver an improved quality and diversity of hires and to promote internal mobility opportunities.

• Lead for the Global Consumer Business and Global Science (data analytics): collaborate with senior executives to develop hiring strategies to attract data scientists, align talent acquisition resources, advise on workforce planning initiatives, monitor and analyze global trends, creatively recruit passive candidates, responsible for driving the Science build-out of 150+ headcount.• Executive Recruiter for Global Consumer, Science and Latin America & EMEA: manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for senior and C-suite executives, create job descriptions, pipeline and track internal and external candidates, conduct interviews and advise on candidate selections, maintain agency relationships, provide compensation proposals, develop and negotiate offer packages, liaise with global mobility, legal and immigration as appropriate.• Member of the Global Consumer Transformation Project Team: participated in organization design meetings, responsible for Talent Acquisition delivering on business objectives globally, communicating changes, tracking and reporting on progress.• Participated in the HR Transformation initiative; traveled to Brazil, UAE, Kuala Lumpur to implement the Talent Acquisition COE structure, drafted policies and advised on best practices for targeted regional hiring and expansion initiatives.

• Re-established University Hiring Program and Summer Intern Program: determined hiring strategy, established university relationships, structured Summer Intern Program, hired 66 interns in 2011 and 155 in 2012, hired and managed a team of six, collaborated in developing International Professional Associate Program, launched career website. • Hired for Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing Departments.
