Current USAF Active Guard member working with the 194th as a team lead (Flight Chief) for a network and systems operations flight. Joined active-duty Air Force in 1999. Retire 31 December 2024, but currently available to work.Over 5 years of experience working as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) processing network enclave security packages ensuring compliance with NIST and Air Force guidance for classified and unclassified information systems. Over 10 years of experience managing equipment accountability, sustainment, and procurement. Experienced in all aspects of Emission Security (EMSEC now known as TEMPEST) to include guidance, planning, inspection, remediation.Led teams of up to 17 personnel building schedules, providing training, and ensuring compliance with processes. Performed continuous process improvement for training and procedures. Managed IT and communications helpdesk in support of 24-7 operations. Maintained positive and open communication paths with customer base including multiple agencies: Air Force, Army, Navy, FAA, DISA, and more.Graduate of the Cybersecurity and Leadership program from the University of Washington. Background in graphic design from Eastern Washington University focusing on corporate identity design. Willing to work remote or in-office.
