CurrentI am the Founding Attorney of Davis Consumer Law Firm. I earned my law degree (J.D.) from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, NJ and was recently named one of Pennsylvania's 2013 Rising Stars in the U.S. Super Lawyer selection process. I was also recently appointed a Certified Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Superior Court following a rigorous evaluation process by judges and other peer attorneys familiar with my work (less than 3% of all attorneys have earned this honorable distinction). I'm a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA).Having recently ended my tenure with a larger consumer law firm, I ultimately decided to launch a smaller specialty firm where I can devote more individualized attention on my clients. As a sincere consumer advocate, I've dedicated my whole legal career to the mastery and administration of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Uniform Commercial Code (Federal Lemon Law) and the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) and FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act). Being familiar with the tactics of some of the toughest attorneys who represent the big manufacturers and creditor/collection agencies, I've gone up against them on numerous occasions with winning results for my clients. Throughout my career thus far, I've handled 1,000's of automotive lemon law, product liability, breach of warranty and debt collection abuse cases. I am committed to helping and protecting consumers from unfair business practices across the United States, with a license to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Texas.
