Project: Construction of Imarat Group's key Project "Mall of Arabia" in IslamabadResponsibilities:-To prepare Work Programmes, review and evaluate contractors' schedules meticulously, which involves identifying critical activities, potential delays, and optimization opportunities. Utilizing tools like S-curves, EVM and EVA to visualize project progress and milestones effectively, providing valuable insights for decision-making. - Apart from this, I perform Delay Analysis for extension of time (EOT) claims submitted by contractors to uphold fair and accurate assessments that aligns with project timelines and contractual obligations.- In my role, I play a crucial part in reporting work progress to the Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager and the Client. By identifying and addressing any delays, bottlenecks, or issues that may impact project completion, I provide actionable recommendations and implement suitable mitigation measures to keep projects on track. -I also assist the Contracts team in managing contractual correspondence, documentation, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle.
