- Heading a credit project management team within Credit Administration/Risk Management- Overseeing overall project lifecycle of budgeted projects including trainings to associated units and departments on systems and new/re-engineered processes - Functional Support Lead on digital solutions and product developments, related to Credit Administration and Risk Management Group- Functional Support Lead (business/technical/digital) related to the Core Banking Systems (Assets), Loan Origination/Limit Management Solutions (LOS/LMS), including system integrations, functional developments & periodic upgrade- Functional Lead for Business Transformation Project (BTP) for conversion of Conventional Assets to Islamic Assets, and for system enhancements to enable Islamic financing workflows in credit systems - Functional expert on data availability, transformation, and migration of Asset portfolios within credit systems and BI tools- Ensuring implementation of system-based risk management tools and policies to organize hassle-free credit operations- Handling tactical relationships with stakeholders, for analysis, execution and management of all budgetary and strategic matters - Lead support for preparation of policies, manuals & procedures and digital developments for implementation within CAD/Risk- Managed preparation and review of facility/security documentation & ensured security perfection for the Corporate and Investment Banking portfolios (Bilateral Finance/Syndicate Finance/Project Finance)- Managing credit data reconciliations, analytics, audits, and reporting; while covering internal and regulatory guidelines

- Project Management for research and development including integration and deployment of core banking systems and applications related to Risk Management Group- Developments and maintenance of systems related to Loan Origination and Loan Management for Corporate and Consumer Finance portfolios (Conventional/Islamic)- Business Transformation from Conventional to Islamic Banking (Assets)- Policies and Procedures, Audits, Regulatory Compliance and Reporting

- Team Lead role for effective and smooth credit operations services- Compliance of the approved conditions for facility/securities- Corporate and Investment Banking Documentation involving Syndicate Investment and Project Financing- Engagement with internal and external/regulatory audits - Management of periodic regulatory and portfolio reporting
