Account Manager Duties within a working day and preparation of the monthly reports:1- Setting up the sales invoices and precede the daily entries in the sales daily journal.2- Following up the customers transactions and their debts, Checks movements in regard of checks collection. Unpaid checks by the concerned bank following up the checks collection process with the company's delegate, recording the daily entries in customers book ,and at the end of each month proceeding the respective auditing and reconciliation in respect of the due and collected checks against the bank statement. 3- Writing checks, following up the suppliers' transaction and their credit, recording the daily entries in suppliers' book.4- Following up the warehouses transactions using program which gives the output concerning the actual balance of inventories of the warehouses daily. And precede the physical inventory of the warehouses periodically. 5- Monitoring the incoming and outgoing of the cash box, related documents, then to prepare the respective entry in the expenses book and preparing Salary statement. 6- Following up general accounting to reach the trial balance and Balance Sheet Doing that manual and on computer.
