Hrbp Lead
• Managing the OD, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Performance Management activities that include but not limited to:- Developing and revisiting the Organization Charts' restructure in accordance with the business units' objectives on annual basis- Continuously reviewing the Manpower Plan vs. the predetermined budget for each department, and modify it if needed in case of adding new assignments and/or objectives- Developing and revisiting the Job Profiles, Objectives and KPIs for the whole positions- Overseeing the performance appraisals periodically, along with its analysis to track any performance issues that might be there, in order to act accordingly with a corrective action that serves achieving the BUs' objectives - Managing the process of promotions and assessments as per the approved policy- Overseeing the Talent Acquisition activities for the group, as per the job requisites and the approved manpower plan for each department- Managing the day-to-day operation for the implementation of the internal & external training plans, and the adherence of the targeted training hours• Managing the Center of Excellence projects and activities as per the annual operational plan
