1) Safely and effectively operate machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and instructions which include Autoclave, CNC Glass Buffering, Thermal Bent Furnace, CNC Lathe, Shaper, Press Break, and Sheet Metal Laser Cutting Machine.2) Set up machinery, adjust settings, and calibrate equipment to ensure it operates correctly.3) Continuously monitor machinery during production runs to ensure it functions properly. Keep an eye out for any signs of malfunction, irregularities, or deviations from specifications. 4) Responsible for inspecting products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards. This may involve visual inspections, measurements, or using specialized tools and equipment. 5) When machinery malfunctions or produces defective products, we are typically responsible for troubleshooting the issue. This may involve identifying the cause of the problem, making adjustments, or stopping production to perform maintenance or repairs. 6) Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs. They ensure that equipment remains in good working condition to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. 7) Safety is paramount in manufacturing environments. We must adhere to safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow established safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. 8) Maintain production records and logs, documenting important information such as production rates, downtime, quality issues, and maintenance activities. 9) Communicate with supervisors, maintenance personnel, quality control inspectors, and other team members to coordinate tasks, report issues, and ensure smooth operations. 10) Encouraged to suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

1) Preparation and arrangement of materials according to the work plan.2) Preparation of the weekly/daily/monthly progress reports subject to the client's requirement.3) Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report.4) Preparation of Work Inspection Request (WIR)/ Request for Inspection (RFI) and checklist for inspections and conducting site surveillance daily.5) Third-party inspections such as Dye Penetration tests of weldments, Surface Dust Tests of steel beams, rafters, and tanks, and determining Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of paint on steel structures.6) Preparation of MIR documentation and conducting material inspections at the site and in-store during Material receiving.7) Follow up snags and de-snagging procedure.8) Update IFCs as per site condition and prepare Red line and As-built drawings.
