I started my career as an International Business Developer associate with SBT Japan. I enjoyed selling cars over the phone, and my friends know I am passionate about cars. The experience was greeaattt as I was talking about what I love.After that I grabbed an opportunity of doing some research for a tech company while doing my role as a research analyst I developed another interest in SEO and learned and did search engine optimization for Workflow Hub, which lead me to my previous role which was talking and listening to people again about their requirements related to websites, social pages, add campaign and their digital marketing strategies.From there on I have been talking to people and listening to them sorting out their issues and while doing all these I can generate business as I have figured out a good business developer can generate more business while listening and helping them with what is troubling them while doing all these I have been able to achieve my targets.I have been attached to roles that involve particularly generating business and or marketing. Then I accepted the role of Account Executive at Motive (KeepTruckin) and attained my daily, weekly, and monthly targets. While talking to people, I enjoyed a few shout-outs that were given to me.Now I am helping companies in hiring and recruiting by minimizing their time for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting multiple interviews.
