In this position, I lead a team of production engineers who design, develop, and optimize the manufacturing processes of automotive body parts, such as frames, doors, and roofs.With 15+ years of experience in the automotive industry, I have successfully completed various projects, such as capacity expansion, new model development, and plant construction. I have a strong background in industrial engineering, operations management, and analytical skills, which enable me to solve complex problems, improve efficiency, and deliver quality results. I also have a Master of Business Administration degree from Gadjah Mada University, where I learned about entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, and management.I am passionate about creating innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to achieve our shared goals and vision. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance our performance and competitiveness. My mission is to contribute to the growth and success of PT.
