Sales Administration Executive
Current- Design, implement, and manage incentive programs for key accounts to drive performance and meet business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of these programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure continued success.
- Develop and oversee incentive programs that reward field force personnel based on target achievement.
- Provide regular feedback and support to ensure field force members are motivated and aligned with company goals.
- Conduct accurate forecasting to determine sales quotas and targets for various teams and regions that ensures fairness and maximizes overall company performance.
- Continuously monitor market trends and adjust forecasts and targets as needed.
