Led a team of 120+ machine operators, technicians, and non-skilled workers to ensure maximized output reliability with a benchmark OEE of 76%.· Rolled out seamless transition to 7-day operation on production floor, including CBA negotiations, releasing 16% plant capacity.· Unlocked 10% line speed and annual savings of PKR 5mn by spearheading the commissioning of end-of-line case packer.· Kicked off the R2S program as line leader, mentoring the line team to drive efficiency and deliver 30% incremental volume.· Led the inhouse commissioning and volume insourcing of 3 SKUs - Annual volume increase of 700 tons and savings of PKR 20mn.
