• Project Aghaaz: Optimized UPL’s logistics network, being the core team member, by making two new Distribution Centers operational at Peshawar and Rahim Yar Khan while driving PKR 30 million annual saving and improving.
• Direct Dispatch Model: Enhanced the distributor direct dispatch volumes in H1 2020 by 42% (reducing the FG logistics chain from 3 legs i.e. Primary transportation, Warehousing, Secondary transportation to a single leg).
• Lift-Off: Launched the retail direct dispatch model (Local Modern Trade stores served directly from UPL's Distribution Centres) across 4 Regions and 12 customers and enhanced the volumes by twofold to 320 tons weekly.
• SWIFT: Launched the distributor direct dispatch model for Beauty and Personal Care category with a projected saving of PKR 50 million per annum.
