Uschi is an experienced senior executive with a career spanning business, government and non-government sectors. In 2019 she was made a member of the Order of Australia for services to business, Government and in support of gender equality.Today Uschi is the non-executive Chair, Health Care at APM Group, a purpose driven, international health and human services business, headquartered and listed in Australia. She is also a member of the independent APM Advisory Board. APM delivers services to people in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and North America. Uschi is the independent Chair of the Board of Everyday Independence which delivers professional, therapy based support to Australia‘s NDIS participants. She also chairs the board of Mobility, a comprehensive market place that brings together recipients of care, providers of care and qualified workers. Uschi is a Non-Executive Director on the board of Domino's (DPE) which works across 13 countries. She is the Chair of the Nomination, Culture and Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the business Advisory Boards for Taiwan and Japan as well as France, and Australia/ New Zealand. Uschi has worked in a global context and driven transformational change across a wide range of complex organisations. Originally from Germany, Uschi has lived and worked in the USA, Europe, Asia and Australia with experience spanning mature and emerging markets. Until 2018, Uschi Schreiber was a member of the Global Executive Board of EY, the global professional services firm. Here she was responsible for EY’s account and industry focused go-to-market approach, and its globally integrated planning across service lines, sectors and geographies. This included responsibility for seamless, international service delivery to EY's biggest global clients. Prior to joining EY, Uschi was the Director-General of Queensland Health in Australia. She has significant experience as a senior public servant in Government, leading social, economic and legislative reform processes, including at central agency level.Uschi is a leader in progressing women’s issues in an international context. She initiated a range of global programs on gender parity, participated in a number of programs in support of the World Economic Forum and acted as an advisor during the creation of the Women Political Leaders Global Forum. Uschi holds academic qualifications at Masters level from universities in Australia and Germany.
