I was the partnership product manager for a highly scalable contact center solution jointly developed by Afiniti and its partner (A global contact center leader). The product was successfully delivered and is currently implemented as one of the largest contact center implementations in the US.I was later the product manager for Afiniti's cloud-based contact center solution designed to be highly scalable, utilizing public cloud infrastructure while being cloud service provided agnostic and tested on GCP, Azure, and AWS.
