In my role as Chief Operating Officer at Original Strength Systems, LLC, I am responsible for overseeing the company's strategic direction, operations, and financial performance. Our company provides high-quality continuing education to health and fitness professionals through our movement recovery system (Pressing RESET). With over six years of experience in this position, I also serve as the Director of Event Operations at the NC Memorial Balloon Festival, an event dedicated to reminding others of the purpose of Memorial Day and to promoting tourism and economic development in North Carolina. Additionally, I hold the position of President and Director of Heroes Live On, an organization with the mission of preserving the memories of Fallen Service Members.My core competencies include building teams to accomplish organizational goals, process improvement, and customer relationship management (CRM). I am passionate about transforming the world through movement by showing people the specific movements needed to reawaken their childhood neuromuscular memories, releasing the power, strength, health, vitality, and joy of movement. I am also committed to giving back to the community and honoring our military Heroes, such as the NC Memorial Balloon Festival. I received the Fuquay-Varina Co-Citizen of the Year award in 2018 for my civic engagement and leadership.
