I am working as a technical lead on a product called ShopperValue. It’s a product that empowers the retail industry to perform better by providing them with in-store insights. My core responsibility is to work closely with business heads to define and design complex business requirements and ship new features according to timelines. I am also responsible for performance optimization, process orientation, team management, architectural design, security improvements, and code reviews.Responsibilities:* Collaborate with team and business heads to define, design, and ship new features* Develop backend services, edge utilities, design database, and front end.* Ensure the performance, quality, and security of the system* Identify and correct bottlenecks and bug fixes* Ensure all the features developed within the team satisfies the business requirements* Monitoring and improving system performance according to defined performance KPIs * Manage system infrastructure which includes VMs, Databases, APIs, a web portal, and backend services* Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, release planning, and retrospective meeting* Design review and code review to ensure compliance with coding, performance, and security standards* Ensure features are accurately estimated and delivered on schedule * Conduct internal and external audits and ensure alignment with the process to get a green band in all agile, engineering, and security audits.* Develop and maintain Solution Architecture documents and product documentation.* Lead MS eTech community that enables .Net enthusiasts to share their knowledge and learn new skills* Train and integrate new team members and proactively support the development of existing team member
