• 13+ years of Recruitment experience as a Recruiter with staffing companies.• Hands-on experience with job sites such as Monster, Dice, Desi OPT, Sulekha, Career builder, Zip Recruiter, and Tech Fetch.• Proficient at successfully sourcing of candidates via Internet sources and online resume databases.• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once• Experience in Tax Terms – 1099/W2/ C2C• Experience in Visas –OPT, H1B, L2 EAD, H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC & USC• Have good experience working in financial, healthcare, and IT industries requirements.• Proactively building Client, VMS & resume databases.• Proactively building a resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirements.• Good Team player with Interpersonal, good verbal and oral communication skills in English.• Work extensively with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook Worked on Recruiting H1B Consultants, Green card Holders & US Citizens for Direct Clients
