Passionate about creating a teaching-learning environment that provides an enjoyable experience to the learners as well as educators. Working on so many fronts of education - digital as well conventional, has taught me how important it is to be innovative and creative while delivering the content, keeping the needs of learners at the core. I find it highly rewarding to work in the Education sector as it throws new challenges while working for various strata of Indian society. I remain motivated and committed and love to contribute to enrich the teaching-learning process wherever I get the opportunity. I love to make it possible for my learners to communicate and study a greater variety of materials instead of the limited resources available in their traditional classroom. I believe that digital education, with its data-driven approach, is rapidly transforming the way 'learning' is done through a flexible and customised scenario. While the content quality and access to technology remain concerns, I am committed to create quality content to empower my teaching fraternity.
