I am an HR Leader with over eighteen years of Core HR experience in Leadership, HR Generalist and COE roles across Technology, IT Services and BFSI sectors. My key strengths lie in shaping and driving the talent strategy as a business partner. I have led various change management and org redesign initiatives in the last couple of years. I also take pride in, and feel passionately about diversity and inclusion at the workplace. I have been part of various programs and initiatives in this space during my overall experience.I am currently working at Microland as the Global Leader for HR Business Partnership and HR Shared Services, where I am leading a team of Business and Geo HR Leaders and HR Operations leaders to drive key talent priorities. I am also responsible for some key strategic priorities for the organisation, including org change and restructuring, and HCM Implementation. In my last role, I was the Global HR Business partner lead at GreyOrange leading Businees HR globally. I have worked with Accenture and Citibank in the past and done varied HR roles. At Accenture, I was in a Corporate HR role, with the Talent Strategy team and responsible for driving the Performance management process and Leadership Matters for Accenture Technology Centre in India. I also have experience in the Learning centre of excellence as a Solutions Manager where I got an opportunity to work on a Learning program with Cornell university
