Preparation of cash flow forecast on half yearly basis and analysis on monthly basis. Handling of yearly audit and internal audit. Feasibility Studies on Potential company projects and investments. Aged Debt analysis and Review. Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & yearly MIS reports and other reports as and when required by Management.

Preparation of MIS Reports. Finalization of Accounts. Preparation of Trail Balance, Balance Sheet and Profit Loss Account. Preparation of Profitability Statement on Quarterly and Monthly Basis. Consolidation of subsidiary Financial Statements. Cash and Bank Reconciliation on Daily Basis. Processing the sales invoices and keeping track of records so that all invoicing must be done on time and also chasing for the receipts. Check all suppliers’ accounts and functions and control the credit purchase limit for all registered creditors. Petty cash Management and Pay roll Calculation. Correspondence with banks regarding Loans, Business Facilities and for routine Transaction. Controlling the expenditure of the company. Providing advice on Tax for Indian Entity. Liaising with Auditors as and when required.
