Etc• Good knowledge on Plastic product design & Sheet metal product design DFM guidelines/Material selections/ part design checklist to ensure quality of design.• Good knowledge on DIN 16742-2013 (plastic product design tolerance standard) & ISO 2768 (sheet metal design tolerance standard).• Ability to transform the idea to representable concepts and convey to a larger audience.• Good in skills that demonstrate the ability to express complex technical concepts clearly.• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel Project, Technical presentation.• Interface with Cross functional team (CFT)(vendor, internal operations, product management, supply chain, quality , across global)• Apply DFM (design for manufacturing) principles while working on concepts.• Minor knowledge on SAP codes (To review Basic view, BOM, Compliance, Stock details).• Good knowledge on Remastering, Reverse Engineering.• Knowledge on compliance Reach, ROHS and Regions certification CE/UKCA/UL etc..Professional strength:• Good hand on Experience with CATIA V5, NX1919 - Part Modeling, Assembly and Drafting.• Experience in designing of Automotive & electromechanical sheet metal and plastic parts.• Good knowledge of GD & T(ASME), DFMEA, DVP /DVPR & Tolerance analysis.• Ability to understand 2D drawings and converting them into 3D Models.• Proficient in conversion of Non-Parametric to Parametric modeling in surfacing & Part modeling.• Responsible for understanding the customer requirements and on time delivery of CAD data. Assembly and tools. IT Skills• Design Software: PTC Creo(Basic), NX-1919 and Catia V5.• ECTR- Control center V4.6, Team Center.• SAP Business Clint 7.0• SAP Material master module, Purchasing planning Module, Bill of material, Sourcing, and Document Info record module.• Microsoft excel, power point presentation, Microsoft Access, and Word.
