My role at Sportsbet had a TA support focus along with with some talent acquisition during peak hiring periods. This dual role saw me writing and posting job advertisements online for roles I recruited and for the TA Team when they needed an extra hand, CV screening, phone interviews, Coordinating & scheduling interviews, uploading interview feedback, offer approvals and letter generation via e-recruitment system - PageUp. etc. Ensuring key checks are done prior to offer - like pre-employment checks as VEVO (Visa validity),Reference and Probity checks. I also enjoyed being a part of the Graduate recruitment from a systems aspect as the POC for any front end PageUp assistance required as directed by the HRIS manager.
