For the past 8 years I have also been a Real Estate Productivity Coach and the Director of Productivity Coaching leading our Productivity Coaching Programs for our 9 Keller Williams Real Estate Offices. My passion is to lead, train and coach our Productivity Coaches to create successful Productivity Coaching Businesses by training and mentoring and coaching new and emerging agents to higher levels of productivity. Our One Thing is for the agents to build strong foundational Real Estate Business that is profitable and sustainable in any market leading to a life worth living. Prior to my Coaching Career, I Specialized in Residential Real Estate providing my clients with “Outstanding World Class Service” by making sure their Real Estate Experience was outrageous. “Minimum Hassel, Maximum Results” was my mantra then, and now I coach our agents to commit to excellence as I did. It has been my pleasure and honor to have helped hundreds of families with their residential real estate needs and experiencing many wonderful relationships. For the past 8 years I have been truly blessed with the opportunity to focus on helping our agents and our Productivity Coaches grow and celebrating their success is what gives me much joy each day.
