Payroll Supervisor with over 17 years plus experience, pro active, organised, and efficient to successfully support the business. Currently supervising payroll representatives and ensuring that all payroll processes are executed appropriately in a timely manner. Process payroll as per company requirements. Monthly/ weekly/ pensioners payroll process of staff wages/ pension. Maintain all relevant records. Ensure processes and procedures follow current regulations. Respond and resolve queries from employees and management relating to payroll.Calculate wages and deductions. Regular usage of payroll systems like COINS and SAGE includes data compilation and input. Liaison with HMRC. Working knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, SAP& salary sacrifice. Set up and process new starters and finalise leavers. And administer accurate records for new starters and leavers. Focused and diligent, with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrable experience in a similar role.Ability to communicate with people across the business.Superb IT skills , including proficiency in data entry, Excel and Microsoft office. Have gained Knowledge and experience of national agreement (BESA) and JIB rules for electricians and plumbing employees holiday pay, sick pay and life cover being a payroll supervisor in the construction industry .
