Sales Support Administrator
CurrentDrive business planning and strategy, measure and report business results• Track implementation progress of annual planning by engaging with cross-functional team - sales, sales operations, marketing, finance, customer service and supply chain team and provide fortnightly update to senior management• Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecast, sales funnel, back-order reports, sales performance, partner tracker analysis, CRM analysis, expense report and business presentations • Assist sales enablement project to drive effective inventory management• Assist channel team and partners on new partner registration, partner portals, partner training programs, certifications, billing reports and partner incentives• Work with marketing team on product promotions, events, collaterals, analysis, dashboard reports• Work on Sales Fusion report post marketing event on Lead management and ROI• Track Customer Briefing Center visits and provide monthly update to Regional Marketing Manager• Train sales team on ERP portals and organize training program for new hires• Vendor management, assist finance team on procurement and payments.
