Usha is a seasoned technologist, system architect, and technology leader with 25 years of industry experience and over a decade of executive leadership. Known for her deep technical expertise, strategic acumen, and 20 years of proficiency in agile methodology, she specializes in driving innovation, collaboration, and growth through technology.In addition to her professional achievements, Usha is passionately involved in mentorship programs with the University of Florida. She initiated a university shadowing program to help advance women in computer sciences and engineering. She is an adjunct professor at UF who taught the Programming Fundamentals class at the University of Florida and has been a guest lecturer for Software Engineering and Introduction to Programming Fundamentals classes, covering a wide range of industry-relevant topics, including Agile Methodology, DevOps (CI/CD), Design Thinking, Micro Services Architecture, Frontend/Backend Architectures, Architectural Evolution, and Testing Types.
