Accounting professional, working towards my ACCA and have experience in management of Accounts payables/ Accounts receivables and office administration, expertise in processing PO/Non-PO invoices and intercompany invoices, handling petty cash transactions, Employee expenses, Month end process, reconciliation of accounts, ability to comprehend and manage financial records, driving initiatives to process improvements and problem solving. My objective is heading towards to secure a responsible position in Accounting and Financial management by sharing my breadth of experience and abilities effecting mutual employer and employee growth and success. (1) Well versed in account payable, fright invoicing, vendor management and reconciling income and expenditure. Handling high value financial transactions. Maintaining diverse financial documentation in an organized fashion both on paper and electronically for easy reference.(2) Tracking all the supplier invoice and payments, dealing with contractor invoices and timesheets. To ensure the relevant evidence is retained to release payments, Checking all the direct debts on daily and monthly basis in bank and working on bank up lodes.(3) Preparation of weekly supplier payments to agreed timetable in advance of internal management meeting, and preparation of weekly report of projected payments to agreed timetable for inclusion in the cash flow forecast. Processing supplier invoice payments on weekly/ monthly bases in bank, well versed in both BACS and CHAPS payments. Reconciling suppliers statements, handling all queries and ascertaining reasons for invoices not authorised for payment.(4) Tracking all the income received and preparing the breakdown of the income statements and reconciling the bank.(5) Well versed in using ERP software SAP for posting invoices by using correct WBS and cost centre, processing PO's, Vendor creation, BACS payments.(6) Analysing diverse financial documents and reconciling financial discrepancies, invoice coding, invoice tracking, creating reports and records (like utilization certificates etc., ) by using my in-depth knowledge of accounting\ financial principles and concepts.(7) Help plan and execute month-end accruals, AP closing processes, increasing efficiency and improving work flow through creative process improvements.(8) Ambitious in learning new accounting software, studying existing and new updated accounting and financial concepts, enforcing adherence to requirements as and when management demands.
