I enjoy coming into organizations at a time of change and growth, when they are re-evaluating their mission and vision, looking to diversify program/product offerings, and improve client/program participant experience. I excel at building partnerships, leading working groups, and vision and strategy.Some of my professional passions include reducing barriers to higher education for underrepresented populations and using public policy to bring about equity.On a personal note, any chance I get, I love to hop on a plane to the next adventure.
