September 9th,1998 beginning of my career in placements. Successfully completing 26 years today of my journey which started as placement officer at Alliance Business Academy with lots of learning, ups and downs and amidst shortfalls here and there proud to say that the handholding that I got at Alliance made me what I am today and not to forget the learning experience at Inurture for a short stint as National Head Placements. With over 6 years at Cambridge Institute of Technology now my journey as Director of the Talent Transformation Hub in Department of HRD has solidified my expertise in cultivating long-term customer relationships and spearheading comprehensive training and development programs for the students. My team has successfully connected with corporates reflecting our commitment to excellence in corporate affairs and personally sparing time as an individual in social responsibility initiatives too. My role encompasses a strategic blend of talent transformation, training and alumni relations where my proficiency in communication and market research has significantly contributed to our thriving alumni network and placement success. At the heart of my mission lies the drive to empower individuals through transformative educational experiences, ensuring they are not just equipped for the job market, but are also well-rounded global citizens.
