Part of that preparation included helping each one become proficient in Spanish regardless of their initial level of understanding. Proselyting missionary, leader and trainer. Volunteered 90+ hours/week for two years in Argentina. Over a year was spent as a trainer and/or leader of other missionaries. At one point, I was responsible for 30+ missionaries, their safety, progress and volunteer efforts. I conducted and taught weekly trainings.
