These efforts significantly improved deployment efficiency and performance.I managed NGINX configurations and implemented Certbot for SSL management, while also orchestrating blue-green deployments to ensure uninterrupted service and security.In my role as a team lead and project manager, I gained valuable experience in leadership, guiding a development team and ensuring timely project milestones. I also developed strong client relations skills by optimizing communication between technical teams and clients, which enhanced project efficiency and client satisfaction.

During my tenure as an Associate Software Engineer, I spearheaded enhancing system efficiency and scalability. Notably, I led the migration of the Hello Tiger infrastructure to an AWS EKS Kubernetes cluster, resulting in significant improvements in both scalability and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, I played a crucial role in implementing GitOps practices using ArgoCD and Helm charts to streamline deployment processes and ensure consistency across the Kubernetes cluster.Moreover, I leveraged my expertise in Azure services, particularly Azure .NET and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), to optimize system performance and maintain high availability. Working with AKS Azure Monitor, I enabled comprehensive monitoring and diagnostics, ensuring proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.In parallel, I actively contributed to knowledge sharing initiatives, conducting informative sessions and writing insightful blog posts to educate colleagues on essential technologies such as Kubernetes, ArgoCD, CI/CD methodologies, and Azure services. Furthermore, I facilitated the adoption of monitoring and observability tools like Istio, Prometheus, Grafana, Kiali, and Jaeger, enabling real-time system tracking and tracing to ensure a seamless user experience and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

During my internship at Surge Global, I made significant contributions to the StudyRooms project, an online tuition and courses platform. Initially, my responsibilities involved enhancing the UI, addressing S3 file size limitations, and implementing OTP verifications through SNS.As the internship progressed, I participated in the migration of StudyRooms to AWS EKS Kubernetes using Terraform, significantly improving scalability. I also played a key role in integrating Istio to manage service communication within the application. To monitor and trace the system in real-time, we implemented Prometheus, Grafana, Kiali, and Jaeger. Additionally, we adopted a self-hosted approach for data sources, utilizing Elasticsearch, MongoDB Ops Manager, and the PostgreSQL operator, enabling efficient scaling, cost reduction, and greater data control.In addition to my contributions to the StudyRooms project, I embarked on an individual project called SubM, a Subscription Management Platform. SubM provided business owners with a platform to promote their subscriptions, while offering users access to a wide range of subscription services. This project required a diverse skill set, including React Native, NextJS, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Turborepo, Amazon S3, Cypress.io, Jest, Terraform, PostgreSQL, and Figma. The successful completion of this project played a pivotal role in earning me a return offer at Surge Global.My internship at Surge Global provided invaluable experience in working with cutting-edge technologies and effectively managing infrastructure, making a substantial impact on advancing the StudyRooms project and contributing to the development of SubM.
