I take care of whatever is needed from engineering to delight our hundreds of millions of users across ShareChat and Moj apps. My organization is split into following teams:1. ShareChat App Engineering: Product vertical team driving India's unique regional content based social media app.2. Moj App Engineering: Product vertical driving India's leading short-video app.3. Payments Platform: Horizontal team building secure, scalable in-app use cases for micro-transactions as well as for creator economy.4. Feed & Notifications: Horizontal team of SWEs and MLEs building personalized feed and notifications.5. Infosec: Horizontal team ensuring Application security and user data privacy.I get a kick out of building lean, high impact (i.e. Eng team goals aligned with business goals) teams as well as designing highly performant, scalable systems.

My organization of 100+ SWEs (Android/iOS/React Native, Backend, MLEs) focuses on key areas like Livestreaming, Video/Audio calling, Direct messaging, Short video/image feeds, Gaming, and micro-payment use cases such as virtual gifting.

- Video calling infra for FB products such as Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Oculus, and Portal (WebRTC, MQTT, Real-Time Infrastructure)- Search & Recommendations on FB Search, FB Events, and FB Local app. (Search, Ranking, ML)
