Handle recruitment for major clients such as Altimetrik, Synechron, Lirik, and State Clients, ensuring quality delivery within specified timelines.Leveraged ChatGPT for creating SEO-optimized job postings, drafting emails, and responding to common candidate queries efficiently.Verify candidate LinkedIn creation years: 2016 or earlier for Altimetrik and 2020 or later for other clients.Make 40-50 calls daily to source and screen IT professionals for client requirements across diverse technology domains.Conduct detailed telephonic interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, visa status, and overall suitability.Thoroughly understand and manage candidates with various visa types, including H1-B, GC, EAD, H4, TN, USC, Open Work Permit, Canadian Citizen, & Permanent Residents.Ensure all placements comply with immigration and labor laws.Recruit for various employment types, including Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2 (Contract & Salaried), Fulltime & HSTNegotiate rates and terms based on client and candidate expectations.Create SEO-optimized job postings for LinkedIn and other platforms to attract relevant talent.Monitor post performance and tweak content to improve visibility and engagement.Build and maintain a comprehensive vendor list using tools like email extractors.Leverage vendor networks to source candidates for niche and urgent requirements.Foster strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless hiring processes.Provide career guidance and resume optimization support to candidates when needed.Stay updated on IT industry trends, skill demands, and client-specific technologies.Continuously refine recruitment strategies to meet changing client needs and market conditions.
