Responsibilities:• Supervision of Accounts Department  Responsible for Branch Income/Expenses Review of Fixed Assets and Their Depreciation Responsible for all Branch/customers' Accounts• Supervision of Cash Department (Responsible for all cash related activities) • Supervision of Remittance Department (Local/Foreign)• Responsible to resolve all KYC/Money Laundering issues.• Supervision of Clearing Department (Inward/Outward/Local Bills/Foreign Bills)• Maintain Decorum of Branch • Responsible for branch Administration• Responsible for balancing of all G.L heads• Responsible for Term Deposits and their Profit distribution• Responsible for all foreign Exchange related activities.

Responsibilities:• Supervision of: Cash Receipt/Payment (Local & Online) Account opening/Closing/Maintenance. Inward/Outward Clearing  Intercity/OBC/FOBC  Local/Online fund Transfers.  Issuance and Encashment of Term Deposits (TDR)  Foreign Inward Remittance Transfer (IRT) Foreign Telegraphic Transfer (FTT)  Supervision of ATM Operations.  Resolve Branch Administration Issues.  Issuance/Encashment/Cancellation of Pay orders (P.O)/Demand Drafts (DD)/Call Deposit Receipts (CDR). Reporting:• State Bank Classification/Rate Wise deposit Reports• Compliance Reporting• CTR/AML/KYC• I.T.R.S.
