Klar OÜ is a leading B2C company based in Estonia specialized in selling doors & windows online operational in UK, Denmark, Sweden, Norway. As a front end developer my role is to closely work with design, content and back-end teams setting up projects from scratch implementing Figma designs into responsive/mobile friendly cross broswer compatible web layouts using NextJs, React, Bootstrap, JavaScript making key decisions for using 3rd party libraries/modules providing end-to-end solutions and integrating backend APIs written with GraphQL in ROR (Ruby on rails) for real client data flow and consistencies.

As software consultant my role was to gather client requirements, communicate them to development team make suggestions and decisions to kick off project's client end from scratch and lead them to implementation writing front-end components and back-end APIs, wiring the UI/UX components with APIs focus on performance and improvements. During this time I have worked with civil services departments of the Govt. of Pakistan mainly Punjab Health Department and NDMA (National Disaster Management Authority) under the roof of TallyMarks Consulting.Major projects undertaken:1. Punjab Health Department, Pakistan (Procurement for public hospitals)An eProcurement solution for medical equipment and medicine providers to maintain the hospital demand and supply. Where different vendors can bid on project offered by Punjab Health Department and manage the budget, supply & invoices. Application written with MEAN stack designed & developed UI/UX and back-end APIs using mongoDB. 2. NDRMF (National Disaster Resource Management Fund)A complete project management solution for companies or individual contractors to apply for the projects offered by NDMA and adding complete project plan from initiation and tracking execution of that plan through extensive steps and processes within the system. Designed & developed the UI/UX using AngularJS & Angular Material writing back-end APIs in Spring Boot with Hibernate and using PostgeSQL as database.

As a cofounder my role was to actively look clients, seeking to outsource their development works including commercial business and startups. Also, as a CTO I made key decisions about creating a roadmap from draft to implementation of tech stack as well as deployment.
